As a certified fraud examiner I have investigated fraud in the South Florida area for over 12 years.  I have found some of the most unscruplous people and groups.  I adhere to you as a consumer and or a business venturing into doing business with an unknwon party.  CHECK THEM OUT. Let’s Bernie Madoff, a trusted Investment Guru who is going to go down as the biggest swindler in our modern times.  When you are going to get a mortgage it is in you interest to check out your mortgage broker.  Check out there license, Call the state and check for complaints, review all your pertainents documents for errors. When you are going to buy a car check out the entire application after you have been approved.  Due to the econmic times I have seen a surge in frauduent applications for car loans, credit loans, etc.  Who loses when you can’t pay? YOU DO! Bottomline you need to check out everything in this day in age.  Remember, call a professional and make sure you know the TRUTH!
